Provide coaching assistance for performance improvement to trainees without BPO experience
Utilize reporting and analytical skills for class performance assessment and enhancement
Trainer post is temporary as long as we are conducting NHA classes in the area (initial contract is for 6 months, and can get extended depending on the projection of classes and trainer’s performance).

At least 1-year BPO experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Training/Teaching background is an advantage in order to get certified and conduct classes ASAP
Flexible with time, but the classes are usually in the morning schedule
Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
Coaching skills: ability to adjust to trainees with no BPO background, and coach them accordingly for performance improvement
Interpersonal skills: able to communicate to different types of trainees, stakeholders and anyone involved in the NHA process
Reporting and analytical skills for class performance review and development
Should be staying near the hub to minimize transportation expenses
