We’re looking for an experienced Trainer who can develop and conduct a short-term, module-based training designed to upskill our in-house trainers  for our E-Commerce Specialist course. 

This is a project-based engagement — the trainer will be responsible for creating the complete training materials and facilitating “train-the-trainer” sessions. 

Scope of Work:

• Develop and conduct module-based training focused on the essential skills, tools, and workflows of an E-Commerce Specialist.
• Create a comprehensive set of training materials that can be used for future in-house training programs.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to help internal trainers effectively deliver the modules and mentor future trainees.
• Provide practical insights and strategies related to online store management, customer engagement, product optimization, and e-commerce operations.
• Ensure that all modules are structured, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Offer recommendations on tools, platforms, and processes to help improve e-commerce performance and operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Trainer or Learning and Development Specialist, preferably in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to create engaging, outcome-driven training materials from scratch.
