Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with leaders to identify skill gaps, training needs, and performance improvement areas.
• Create and update training materials using varied instructional formats.
• Support trainees during transition from training to live operations.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding and employee development programs, skillset and proficiency.
• Stay updated on new or amended corporate training procedures.
• Ensure training materials align with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
