POSITION: Accounting Training Specialist

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (Graveyard Shift)

SALARY: Php40,000-Php45,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
• Certified Public Accountant is advantage
• With experience in travel industry
• With 3 years’ experience in or accounting and auditing firm
• Amendable to work in graveyard schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and update training modules on travel industry accounting, covering areas like revenue recognition, commissions, and vendor payments.
• Create content that explains the financial workflows of travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, and hotels.
• Use real-world examples and case studies from the travel sector to make learning practical and engaging.
• Work with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Customize training materials to meet specific departmental or organizational needs.
