Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php27,000 - Php40,000 package

Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO Set Up.
• Has experience as a Tech Support is an advantage
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify training needs.
• Provide on-floor follow-up assistance to maintain learning and enhance performance.
• Exhibits a course design approaches.
• Exhibits content creation and upholds proper approach.
• Creating and managing multicultural teams
• Handling conflicts
• Admin task as doing reports
• Plan trainings while making the most of the resources at hand
• Assures timely execution of the training strategy and delivery.
• Capable of improving team and process efficiencies
