We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead employee training and growth initiatives. This role combines hands-on training coordination with strategic learning and development planning to build skills, improve performance, and support career development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage training programs (onboarding, soft skills, technical, and compliance).
• Identify learning needs and create tailored development plans.
• Lead leadership and career development initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness and report on results.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance team capability and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in training or L&D roles; telco industry background is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience as a speaker or host during mall activities or product launch events is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple programs.
