We are looking for a Training Instructor who will be responsible for providing engine and process training to our staff. The instructor will help enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our maintenance team across various service stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engine and process training sessions for staff and service teams
• Develop training materials and ensure programs are aligned with company standards
• Travel to different service stations to facilitate on-site training sessions
• Support the continuous improvement of staff technical skills
• Stay updated with the latest engine technologies and maintenance practices

Qualifications:

• Preferably with an engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Strong understanding of engine systems and operational principles
• Experience in training or technical instruction is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel; will primarily be based at our main office
