We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to join our talented team at Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corp' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that upskill and empower our employees, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles and drive the continued success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and implementing training curriculums and materials to meet the evolving needs of our employees
2. Facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions that promote knowledge sharing and skills development
3. Collaborating with department heads to identify training requirements and align programs with strategic business objectives
4. Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously refining approaches to maximize impact
5. Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their training delivery and facilitation capabilities
6. Maintaining training records and documenting program outcomes to demonstrate return on investment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Training Supervisor or similar role within the human resources or training and development function
2. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
3. Proficiency in designing and developing training materials, including e-learning content, workshops and seminars
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization
5. Proactive problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
6. Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
