• Respond to inquiries regarding travel schedules, accommodations, procedures, and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support.
• Coordinate directly with the Sales Department and external suppliers.
• Prepare and compute travel rates and create customized itinerary proposals.
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks required by the Sales team.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, especially in numbers and travel arrangements.
• Offer creative, out-of-the-box travel solutions and suggestions.
• Take initiative and work proactively in addressing client and team needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF, email platforms, and internet research.
• Work collaboratively as a team player.
• Passionate about travel and eager to explore new destinations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or
