Penerangan

Assist clients with their travel inquiries including flights, hotels, insurance, and visa requirements
Make and manage bookings using the GDS system
Provide tailor-made travel solutions and quotations
Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from inquiry to post-booking
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Stay updated on travel regulations, trends, and promotions.
Manage travel itineraries and changes efficiently.
Utilize booking systems and tools for efficient travel management.

Syarat-syarat

Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
Strong background in air ticketing, hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa services.
Excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willing to work onsite and can work on weekends and holidays.
With high sense of integrity and accountability and with Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Willing to join the team immediately.
