Position: Spanish Customer Travel Support

Salary: PHP 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday

Requirements:

• Proficient in Speaking Spanish and English
• Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
• At least 2 years of extensive experience in customer service/hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish- and English-speaking accounts.
• Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travellers
• Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
• Handling of emergency calls (24-hour emergency phone)
• Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Spanish
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the company.
