Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with our international network via email and calls
  • Be able to communicate with client/s via emails, chat, and calls
  • Data encoding
  • Online Reservation Management
  • Process bookings via email
  • Monitor bookings schedules
  • Invoice processing
  • Virtual card payments process

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience, open to fresh graduates
  • Computer literate (Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
  • Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays)
  • Willing to work in Makati City (on-site)
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Experience working in a Travel agency is an advantage
  • Experience working in a BPO setup is a plus but not required
  • Knowledgeable in booking systems (AMADEUS, OSCAR, etc)
  • Experience in data encoding
  • Can Multi-task and has good Time Management skills

SALARY PACKAGE

  • On probation rate: starts at Php 18,000
  • Once regularized: Php 20,000 - Php 23,000
