• The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician is responsible for inspecting and preparing new vehicles before they are delivered to customers or dealerships. This includes ensuring that each unit meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and quality requirements. The role ensures that vehicles are in perfect working condition, clean, and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspection of new vehicles based on PDI checklist and manufacturer standards.
• Perform functional checks on electrical systems, engine performance, brakes, lights, fluid levels, air conditioning, and other critical components.
• Identify, record, and report any defects, damage, or missing parts found during inspection.
• Conduct minor adjustments, installations, and rectifications as needed before vehicle release.
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of all inspection reports and job orders.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Logistics, and Sales departments for timely vehicle release.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the PDI area and tools.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vehicle inspection and delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Vocational / Technical course graduate in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in vehicle inspection, servicing, or quality control (preferably in the automotive dealership or service industry).

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under time pressure
