DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure delivery accuracy through compliance to set procedure and guidelines (loading policies, set dispatch, and loading schedules etc.) documentation compliance (DR, SI, COA, return slips, etc.)
• Execute and ensure adherence to daily distribution route and customer cut-off schedule to meet delivery commitments.
• Performs daily vehicle checklist prior to dispatch
• Ensure work accuracy (delivery documents are duly signed and received by customers, goods are properly loaded and stored in vehicles with ZERO chance of cross contamination, etc.) and workplace safety (use of PPE, identify work hazards or potential/near-miss scenarios)
• Compliance to company code of discipline
• Daily submission of reports (delivery monitoring sheet and diesel consumption) and related delivery documents, liquidate funds daily
• Reports and informs immediate superior on potential issues, deviation, and/or problems that may lead (but not limited to) distribution delays, safety issues, GMP issues

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Good communication skills
• GMP, defensive driving training
• License restriction (1,2,3)

REQUIREMENTS

• Vocational or High School Graduate
• Minimum 1-2 years experience
• Willing to be assigned in Dayap, Calauan, Laguna
