Vehicle Assessment & Preparation

• Assess Vehicle Damage: Evaluate the condition of a vehicle to determine if it can be safely transported.
• Make Minor Repairs: Perform essential, minor repairs on vehicles to prepare them for transport to a service station.
• Secure Vehicle & Valuables: Ensure the vehicle is properly loaded and secured to prevent accidents. Before towing, place all valuable customer items (e.g., wallets, phones, keys) into an eco-bag and return them to the customer.
• Document Vehicle Condition: Record all missing parts, scratches, dents, or other damage on a checklist, and have the customer acknowledge and sign it.

Operations & Transport

• Transport Vehicles: Safely tow vehicles to designated locations as dispatched.
• Respond to Accidents: Immediately report any accidents or incidents to the General Job Head or Service Reception Head.

Maintenance & Communication

• Maintain Tow Truck: Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the tow truck and report any issues or repair needs.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Interact with customers and team members to provide updates and ensure smooth operations.

Professional & Team-Based Responsibilities

• Maintain Work Area: Perform daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in Company Programs: Actively participate in all SD Kaizen programs and company activities, including the Environmental Management System (EMS) activities.
• Perform Other Duties: Complete any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
