Trailer Driver

Location: Metal Alliance Rolling Mills Corporation, A Consunji, lagundi Mexico, San Fernando, Pampanga.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Trailer Driver to join our logistics and transport team. The Trailer Driver will be in charge of delivering non-food cargo such as steel products and other industrial materials to various destinations in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, good driving skills, and the ability to handle long-distance trips while maintaining vehicle safety and compliance with company and government regulations.

• Operate and drive trailer trucks for long-haul deliveries of steel and non-food materials.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo to prevent damage or accidents.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery receipts, and fuel records.
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery updates.
• Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting when necessary and report vehicle issues promptly.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 8 or equivalent)
• Atleast 2 years of experience in trailer or long-haul truck driving
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to handle long-distance driving schedules
• Willing to travel to various locations across the region or country
• Experience transporting steel products or heavy materials is an advantage
