Web Designer (UI/UX) & Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Web Designer (UI/UX) & Web Developer who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and developing responsive, high-performing websites that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging website layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications using modern coding standards.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
• Implement and customize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Drupal).
• Ensure websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-optimized.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and enhance website usability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align web solutions with company goals.
• Stay current with web design trends, UX strategies, and development technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in both web design (UI/UX) and web development.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL (knowledge of frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics tools, and website performance optimization.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce web design and development.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.
