ROLE OVERVIEW

At Ardent, we support U.S.-based law firms across various practice areas, including personal injury (PI) practice. This role entails helping PI Firms prepare clear, well-organized demand packages.

If you enjoy structured writing, organizing information, and working with clear templates and systems, this role may be a great fit.


This is perfect for Detail-oriented English writers who want a stable, long-term career. A legal or medical background is not required, but an advantage.


You will be trained on our systems and processes. What matters most is your ability to write clearly, follow instructions, and work carefully with documents that support real legal cases for international clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Personal Injury Demand Writer, you will work with case documents and follow clear instructions to prepare organized demand packages for our law firm clients.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Reviewing case documents such as police reports, medical records, and billing statements
  • Checking whether case files are complete and identifying missing documents (using checklists)
  • Organizing and formatting demand packages in a clear, professional manner
  • Drafting demand letters using provided templates and step-by-step guidelines
  • Making revisions based on feedback from the Quality Assurance team or client instructions


QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who are trainable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with written materials.

  • Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to follow written instructions, templates, and structured processes
  • Open to training, coaching, and continuous improvement
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
