• Establish and maintain a user tagging system (demographics, behavior, paying/retention, channel source, etc.) to ensure data consistency
• Design and execute precise activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement strategies through segmentation and targeting
• Design and implement user personas and scenario-based operations; deliver clear user journeys and touchpoint matrices
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams; iterate operational plans based on data insights
• Own end-to-end operational activities—from design, execution to evaluation; monitor key metrics (activity, retention, LTV, ROI)
• Build and maintain operational dashboards; regularly produce operational reports and insights
• Monitor user feedback and health; develop risk alerts and response measures
• Contribute to product iterations with UX improvements; close the operations-product loop

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; preferred majors include Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business/Management
• Experience: 2–5+ years in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product operations, or Data Analysis; experience with segmentation and retention activation is a plus

Skills:

• Data-driven mindset; proficient with analysis tools (Excel/SQL/Python/R; BI tools like Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
• Capable of building and managing a user tagging system; basic data modeling skills
• Proficient in campaign design and execution; capable of designing A/B tests and evaluating results
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication; strong project and time management
• Market sensitivity to align operations strategies with business goals
• Language & Communication: Proficient English a plus
