Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Identify user needs and pain points, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Produce research outputs such as reports, personas, journey maps, and KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Manage research roadmaps and maintain method libraries and reusable tools.
• Support A/B testing and evaluate the impact of UX changes.
• Ensure research practices follow ethical and data privacy standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Sociology, HCI, Psychology, or Statistics.
• 2–5 years in user research; background in internet/SaaS/mobile apps is an advantage.
• Strong research methods; able to independently design and execute studies
• Skilled in qualitative and quantitative analysis; familiar with SPSS, Excel, R, basic Python; SQL is a plus
• Excellent insight synthesis and communication; can translate findings into product recommendations
• Experience creating personas, journey maps, task analyses, and scenarios
• Strong project management; able to handle multiple projects
• Good English reading skills for research literature

Other qualifications:

• Cross-cultural research experience
• Ability to conduct in-home or in-person studies
• Knowledge of research ethics, consent processes, and data anonymization
