Maintenance Staff supports the entire project site including model units, guard house, and office facilities.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site
• Ensure proper sanitation of assigned areas
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of water and electrical lines
• Support survey team works
• Perform other tasks assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably with experience in housekeeping/landscape maintenance
• Ability to drive motorcycle is an advantage
• At least 1-year experience in mass housing construction is an advantage
• With good moral character
• Willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas
