• Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering or exiting vehicles when appropriate.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain the security of guests’ vehicles and property at all times.
• Tag keys and record vehicle information accurately for tracking.
• Provide directions, information, or assistance as requested by guests.
• Monitor traffic flow in the valet area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow company policies regarding vehicle handling, speed limits, and safety procedures.
• Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or customer concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and workstations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Previous valet, driving, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Must meet company and insurance driving requirements (age, record, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
