Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and politely upon arrival.
• Assist guests with opening doors, unloading luggage, or providing directions if needed.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of guest vehicles while under care.
• Keep valet area organized, clean, and safe for both guests and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of keys, tickets, and vehicle locations.
• Follow all traffic laws, parking regulations, and safety procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and provide information as requested.
• Report any vehicle damage or issues immediately to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
