• Import real estate photos into Runway ML and generate video clips using provided prompts.
• Select correct model (Gen-4 vs Gen-4 Turbo) based on scene type.
• Review AI outputs → re-generate if unrealistic or poor quality.
• Upscale all final videos to 4K.
• Edit clips together in Final Cut Pro or iMovie: trimming, speed ramps, transitions, pacing, adding music and effects

• Experience with real estate or architectural media.

Work Setup & Schedule

• Fully remote, freelance role.
• Project-based at first, with potential for long-term ongoing work.
• Flexible hours, but must meet next-day/same-day delivery deadlines.
• Prefer people who can work late night, overnight and early morning Philippines-time, since we're based in Canada

Compensation

• Starting at PHP 200/hour , depending on skills and portfolio
• Raises possible for consistent high-quality work.

• Strong experience in video editing (Final Cut Pro OR iMovie required).
• Familiar with AI video generation tools (Runway ML, Pika, etc.) OR willing to learn fast.
• Good eye for realism (able to spot fake AI artifacts and choose the best outputs).
• Creative judgment for pacing, transitions, and cinematic flow.
• Reliable computer + internet for 4K rendering and large uploads.
• Portfolio of past video editing work (real estate videos a plus).
