HireBiz Med is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and a seamless patient experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller with hands-on dental billing experience to join our dynamic team in an onsite role.

Position Overview:

The Medical Biller will be responsible for accurately processing claims, managing reimbursements, and ensuring timely payment from insurance providers. Candidates must have experience working with dental providers, including knowledge of CDT codes, CPT codes used in dental billing, and dental claim workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit medical and dental insurance claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve issues promptly.
• Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts.
• Work directly with dental providers and staff to clarify documentation and coding.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking claims, appeals, and billing communications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all billing regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of medical billing experience, with at least 1 year in dental billing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDT, CPT (as used in dental/medical cross-coding), and ICD-10 codes.
• Experience with dental insurance payers and pre-authorizations.
• Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with the dental and administrative team.
