  • Will be working as a support for the Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications.
  • Liaise in following up with applicants for visa application requirements.
  • Gather, review, and assess necessary information and requirements, ensuring everything is in place.
  • Ensure all required documents are provided and complete.
  • Draft and prepare supporting documents for visa applications.
  • Endorse completed visa application forms for payment.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for oth

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
  • Experience in visa processing, immigration support, or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be open to 6-month project-based employment
