Role Summary:

The Retail Merchandising Supervisor will support the merchandising team in planning, organizing, and executing product displays, stock management, and sales analysis. This role ensures that products are well-presented in stores, in line with brand standards, to attract customers and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, product availability, and replenishment across retail outlets.
2. Visual Merchandising: Help set up in-store displays and ensure they follow brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
3. Sales Tracking: Collect and analyze sales data to identify bestsellers, slow-moving items, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Market Research: Observe competitor merchandising, pricing, and product trends to provide insights to the team.
5. Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and retail teams to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
6. Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly merchandising reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory coordination (fresh graduates with strong interest are also welcome).
• Good understanding of retail trends and customer preferences.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
