Merchandiser Responsibilities:

• Ensure the right products are available in the right quantity at the right time.
• Work with suppliers to get quality products on time and at the best price.
• Track sales performance and make adjustments to stock or promotions as needed.
• Create attractive product displays to boost customer interest and sales.
• Study customer preferences and competitor activities to improve product offerings.
• Plan sales promotions to increase revenue.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements for a Merchandiser

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is beneficial.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and spot trends.
• Creativity for visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
• Willing to be assigned in MANGO Clothing Brand SM Clark (Angeles, Pampanga)
