DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute creative, eye-catching displays for showrooms and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align visual merchandising with campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and convey the desired message to target audience.
• Plan and organize showroom layouts to maximize space and presentation.
• Regularly update product displays based on inventory levels, sales, and seasonal changes.
• Conduct showroom visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld.
• Provide guidance to showroom staff on maintaining display standards.
• Innovate new visual merchandising techniques to create competitive advantages.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets, including materials and display tools.
• Coordinate the procurement and installation of display elements in the showroom.
• Analyze the impact of visual merchandising efforts on store performance and sales.
• Provide reports on merchandising effectiveness and make adjustments based in insights.
• Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or equivalent in any related field.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in Visual Merchandising or a related role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, customer behavior, and retail trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Willing to do fieldworks.
• Can handle assisting with projects.
• Can start ASAP.
