- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a quick service restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, proficiency in waitering and cashiering, and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide exceptional service, take orders, assist customers, manage billing, and ensure a clean dining environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for customer service.
- At least 20-35 yrs old
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- With experience is an advantage
- With experience in POS system is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel
