The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests, preparing and serving orders, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food or beverages according to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Handle cash or POS transactions properly
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and team player
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
