We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and escort guests to their tables.

- Present menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.

- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct orders and presentation.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in periodically and addressing any concerns.

- Handle cash and process payments using the restaurant’s POS system.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.

- Upsell additional menu items and specials as appropriate.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but not always required.
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple orders efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
