The Server is responsible for expertly managing the full dining cycle, ensuring an efficient and memorable experience for every guest. Core duties include:

• Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver a consistently friendly, high-energy, and professional level of service, anticipating guest needs and handling special requests or issues with grace and efficiency.
• Order Accuracy & Processing: Accurately take, input, and communicate complex food and beverage orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Prompt Delivery: Proficiently and safely deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring presentation and timeliness meet our high standards.
• Financial Handling: Accurately process all forms of payment transactions (cash, credit/debit), ensuring proper check handling and reconciliation.
• Team Support: Act as a proactive team player by consistently supporting colleagues through running food, bussing, pre-bussing, stocking, and cleaning to ensure smooth service flow.
• Operational Standards: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and side-work completion throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Preferred: Over one (1) year of professional experience as a Server in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Encouraged: Highly motivated recent hospitality graduates or individuals with strong, transferrable customer-facing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Attitude: Must possess a naturally positive, reliable, and engaging demeanor with a sincere passion for the hospitality industry.
• Skills: Demonstrated competency in all essential service functions and proficiency with computerized POS systems.
• Availability (Required): Must have the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including essential shifts during peak service times, nights, weekends, and all major holidays.
• Mindset: A proactive, team-oriented approach with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and improving service standards.
