Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Ensure the change fund is complete and properly denominated.
• Prepare bill-outs accurately and process payments (cash, vouchers, online) with correct issuance of receipts or change.
• Monitor and process online orders (e.g., Food Panda, Grab, and other third party).
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and setting expectations on serving time.
• Suggest food and beverage items and follow the standard dining service workflow.
• Serve food and drinks correctly and check food quality and presentation before dispatch.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and the overall store; dispose of waste properly.
• Assist in checking and receiving delivery items to ensure good quality.
• Report any store issues, incidents, or maintenance concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess At least High School Graduate
• Must have experience in a restaurant or any food service industry
• Must be willing to work in: Molito Lifestyle Center
