• We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused On-Call Waiters to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will work on a flexible, on-call basis to support service needs during events, busy service periods, and special occasions. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or wait staff roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift trays or equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Set up and break down tables, buffets, and event spaces as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with event preparation, including table settings, glassware, and decor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Comply with company policies and health & safety regulations.
