• Accurately enter and maintain inventory data in the warehouse management system.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are documented properly.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to reconcile stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in generating reports related to inventory and warehouse operations.
• Support audits and inventory counts as needed to verify accuracy.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Working Conditions: Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and work varying shifts as required.
