• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
• Accurately and efficiently encode data that needs organizing and recording
• Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
• Assemble new business sample kits and efficiently organize sample materials in the warehouse space
• Maintain eCommerce customer relationships by helping to process client quotations and transactions
• Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
• Perform any other office and warehouse tasks that management requires assistance with
• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to the management
• Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
• Update databases, sheets, files and all other related documents
• Have knowledge using Google Drive and Google Sheet

Qualifications:

• Must be knowledgeable with Shopify and other ECommerce platform
• Flexible and detail-oriented
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• With work experience as an INVENTORY ENCODER or FULFILLMENT officer is an advantage
