Warehouse Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Negotiate contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
• Monitor and manage logistics costs and budgets.

Inventory Control:

• Implement inventory management systems to track goods and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory trends to forecast future needs and prevent overstock or stockouts.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure best practices are followed for inventory accuracy, packaging, and shipping.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, logistics KPIs, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to shipping, customs, and safety.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
