The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for the day-to-day inventory and ensures proper warehousing procedures are observed. Supports the department to ensure the smooth flow of materials, supplies and equipment through the implementation of good warehousing procedures.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:

A. Education

• Graduate of a Bachelor Degree in any 4-year course

B. Experience

• At least one (1) year work experience in warehouse and inventory control
• Construction industry experience, preferred
• Knowledge of/skills in warehouse and inventory control procedures and documentation
• Knowledge of/skills in basic math and reasoning
• Knowledge of materials by specification
• Knowledge of environment, health and safety procedures
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System, an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Intermediate
• Professional attitude and appearance
