- Responsible monitoring of all stocks and issuance for following area’s; BCD, ILO, TAC, CDO and DVO

- Performs physical count during while visiting area’s and reconcile issuance through MRS and/or Logbook , note any discrepancies and inform the Supervisor

- Inspects the items for physical damages or breakages during shipment and unloading of items to the stockroom per Area, for damage items put into record through IR.

- Arranges and organizes all the items inside the stockroom, following FIFO or First In and First Out basis.

- Properly labels stock items accordingly

- Performs other assignments that maybe assigned from time to time.

- Prepares and submit monthly reports and as requested by the management (Ending Inventory, Monthly Issuance, Received Items and Return Items)

- Identify the slow moving, non-moving and fast moving items per area’s

- Ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place and enforce safety and security procedures to avoid accidents and protection of all items being stored.

- College Level/College Grad

- Know dialect of Bisaya

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a purchasing associate, or a similar role

- Good customer service skills

- The ability to create strong working relationships with personnel, suppliers, and management.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Knows how to navigate Ms. Office applications

- Familiar with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is a plus
