Responsible for the actual receiving, checking, and releasing of inventoried items as well as the monitoring of warehouse tools and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the proper implementation of goods receipt and returns, storage, identification and releasing processes, including necessary quality control.

2. Responsible for proper records keeping of warehouse documents, such as delivery and warehouse receipts, return slips, etc.

3. Responsible for recording in the computerized inventory system serial or batch numbers of goods released.

4. Implements proper positioning and stacking of goods according to designed stock layout.

5. Responsible for monitoring accurate inventory based on actual counts and system records.

6. Responsible for safekeeping and maintenance of tools, repair kits and equipments.

7. Keeps workplace, assets and inventories safe and clean.

8. Responsible for basic item conversions (assembly/disassembly) not requiring special electrical considerations as needed.

9. Responsible for preparation and/or cancellation of purchase orders.

10. Responsible for canvassing and outsourcing materials with quality and within budget.

11. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a Vocational/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College degree in a related field.

2. Must be able to operate electric forklift or lift truck, preferably with license
