Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary & Benefits :PHP 25,000 – 30,000

Working Hours :8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monthly Days Off: 4 days per month

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper handling of goods.

2. Manage receiving, checking, storage, and releasing of materials.

3. Maintain and update inventory records, stock levels, and incoming/outgoing transactions.

4. Supervise warehouse staff, including workload assignment, performance monitoring, and attendance.

5. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely material movement and support operational needs.

6. Conduct regular warehouse inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.

7. Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and submit them to management.

8. Handle employee recruitment, scheduling, and salary coordination related to warehouse personnel.

9. Improve warehouse processes, optimize storage efficiency, and propose solutions for workflow enhancement.

10. Perform other duties as assigned based on skills and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.

• Experience in staff management and warehouse operations is preferred.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor inventory and workflow efficiently.

• Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory documentation, and basic logistics processes.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures; ISO background is an advantage.
