Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and warehouse best practices
• Experience in inventory management systems and basic reporting tools
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Willing to be assigned in Paranaque Area near in 5 Star Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of food products
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FIFO/FEFO, sanitation, temperature control, HACCP, GMP)
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and expiration dates to minimize losses and wastage
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and enforce safety policies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
• Implement warehouse process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and operational issues
