Duties and Responsibilities:

● Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.

● Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

● Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

● Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

● Communicate job expectations to warehouse employees and provide coaching.

● Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.

● Interface with customers to address questions or solve problems.

● Establish innovative or adjusted work procedures.

● Coordinate activities with other departments.
