The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing items.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and stock checks.
• Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse area.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and material movements.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams for smooth operations.
• Train and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge in warehouse systems, inventory software, and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours if needed.
