·       Provide support for website and program maintenance requests, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

·       Coordinate internal and external communications regarding troubleshooting, upgrades, server/hosting or other technical issues, etc.

·       Suggest and help implement on going improvements to workflows, tools, and processes

·       Assist internal teams with technical and training support

·       Be available to provide after-office hours and weekend as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical end users.
• Understanding of basic web hosting and server administration.
• Website maintenance, backup, restore, email hosting, and control panel experience.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
• Project management skills.
