We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with extensive experience in blockchain technology and full stack development to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of blockchain-based solutions, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of blockchain projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and optimize blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Oversee the development of front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration with blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Mentor and guide developers and engineers within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability of all technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and full stack development.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in full stack software development, including front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Strong expertise in blockchain development, including experience with platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, or others.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper, or similar languages).
• Familiarity with blockchain frameworks, tools, and protocols (Web3.js, Ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat, etc.).
• Experience with distributed ledger technology, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DeFi, NFT platforms, or other blockchain-based applications.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
