A) Job Purpose:

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all passive network installed and for

management of all site services contractors, suppliers, and partners, within the assigned region.

Regional coordination of all site services issues and overall management of all Service Level

Standards in the region.

(B) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts,

and maintenance history of passive network infrastructure.

• Ensures that maintenance teams are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the

maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

• Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.

• Maintain and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Ensure regulations relating to the maintenance of passive network infrastructure are met at all times.

• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.

• Manage and maintain data collection and information gathering to more effectively provide planned

and reactive maintenance services.

• Analysis of data in the maintenance management system to implement continual improvement of service

delivery

(C) Minimum Requirements:

1. Education

•B. S. in Engineering (electrical and/or civil) preferred with demonstrated success in maintenance

position.

2. Experience:

•Minimum of 7-10 years maintenance experience and at least 5 years maintenance management

experience.

• Quality Control Experience.

3. Knowledge:

• Mechanical, Electrical and Quality Control.

• Operational Maintenance.

4. Skills:

• Strong organization and leadership skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Ability to motivate maintenance teams to deliver as per TowerCo requirements.
