Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs and servicing schedules;

• Prepare vehicles for disposal in accordance with the vehicle replacement program requirements;

• Lead a team of mechanics, helper mechanics and support staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluation;

• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation and vehicles; and

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proficient in Automotive or Mechanical preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and/or troubleshooting.

• Ability to organize workload and priorities under pressure, and analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize motorpool efficiency.

• Highly motivated who can work independently and as part of a team, and can communicate and assert effectively.

• Skilled in using hand and power tools, and knowledgeable in safety procedures and protocols.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Calaca City, Batangas, and render night-shift duty.

Education and Experience:

• College graduate of Mechanical Engineering and/or vocational technical course/skills training in Automotive, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.;

• Has 5-years’ experience in Automotive or Mechanical preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and/or troubleshooting; and

• NCII or NCIII TESDA certification is an advantage.
