• Drive project sales targeting M&E contractors, M&E consultants, and direct owners.
• Promote commercial unitary products, including VRF / VRV systems.
• Provide technical support, including product presentations and HVAC system design proposals.
• Manage and grow accounts within the Central Region.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide technical information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a high level of service.
• Achieve assigned sales volume and margin targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct negotiations with customers to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC or technical sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, especially VRF / VRV products, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional attitude with strong integrity and learning agility.
